Enjoy the many paths of Chandolin's alpine pasture and meet the fighting cows throughout the season from the inalpe (up cows to the alpine pasture) to the desalpe (downhill beasts of the alp) through riddling (change of alpine pasture). Enjoy a stop at the cheese farm to taste or take away raclette cheese, Tommes or serac (cheese manufactured from skimmed milk and then heated).
The visits of the cheese farm are held on Wednesday in July and August.

The Rouaz alpine pasture has a hundred cows grazing during the summer (June to September) on its heights. The operation is characterized by the production of cheese, serac, butter and cream. Come and join in making Anniviers cheese, the heart of our tradition.
Tours of the cheese farm are held on Thursdays in July and August.
